3. No stealing of art, text, and coding that is the exclusive property of Equinterra.
4. No taking advantage of bugs/glitches and disrupting the normal play; it is your duty to report bugs to the admin.
5. To report all bugs and glitches noticed, and not take advantage of a bug or glitch.

Equinterra ("http://horseworld.freehostia.com", "site") is owned privately by AngelMare ("I", "admin"). Equinterra is an online horse simulation designed to be kept at PG-13+. Users under 13 should first obtain the permission of a parent or guardian before registering on Equinterra. I try to keep Equinterra as G-rated as possible, but assume no responsibility for any distress that site content may cause.
I reserve the right to the following:
1. The right to modify these terms at any time with or without warning or notice.
2. To delete any account for any reason, with or without warning, notice, or reason.
3. To delete any record from any database connected to this website for any reason, with or without warning, notice, or reason.
4. To delete or in any other way close down the website with or without warning, notice or reason.
5. To change any record in any database at any time with or without warning, notice, or reason.
A user is responsible and accepts complete liability for any content he or she uses on Equinterra and agrees that Equinterra is not responsible for it. This includes, but is not limited to, pictures posted or linked to without the permission from holder of the copyright, and coding that is copyrighted by another party.
